This vinyl rip of Chaka Khan’s “(Krush Groove) Can’t Stop The Street” 12″ release features an extended dance mix and the vinyl only instrumental.
The Force M.D.’s top 10 hit “Tender Love” was remixed by Robin Halpin and Eric Calvi on this 12″ of the tune featured in the movie Krush Groove.
“Romancing The Stone” was Eddy Grant’s only other American Top 40 hit besides “Electric Avenue”. The song was written for the movie of the same name.
From the wildly popular Beverly Hills Cop movie and soundtrack comes a Dance chart topping 12″ featuring extended mixes of Patti LaBelle’s “New Attitude” and Harold Faltermeyer’s “Axel F”. Both tracks were remixed by Louil Silas, Jr who was, apparently, a mainstay at MCA Records when it came to remixes. In addition to conquering the dance charts, both songs were Top 20 hits on the pop and R&B charts. Patti reached #3 on the R&B chart and Faltermeyer reached #3 on the pop chart.
